Outsourced sales, first stage only

The outsourced sales company that stops at your calendar

We find your buyers and get them onto your calendar. The sales call, the proposal and the close stay with you.

The short answer

What does an outsourced sales company do?

It does some or all of your selling from outside your company. A full outsourced sales team takes the whole cycle, from prospecting to closing. Other providers take only the start: finding buyers and getting a first conversation. Both get called outsourced sales, so ask where the handover happens before you compare anything else.

We do only the start. We find the companies that fit, write to the right person at each one and book the interested ones onto your calendar. From there it is yours: you run the meeting, send the proposal and close the deal, and we take no cut of it.

If you want a partner to carry deals through to signature, we are the wrong outsourced sales company. Keeping the close makes sense when buyers want to hear from the people who will do the work. If you have nobody to sell at all, a full team may serve you better.

The problem

What can go wrong when you hand over sales

The usual way

  • An outside team starts with no feel for who really buys from you, so the first months go on learning.
  • Messages come from people who have never sold your service, and they read that way.
  • Outreach goes out in your name at a pace you do not control.
  • An interested buyer reaches a rep who cannot answer the detailed questions, and the deal cools.

With Ace

Ace Digital

This is cold email, done one person at a time. No mass blast, no single template for your whole list.

  • We build your list of real buyers
  • We write to each person, one by one
  • We warm up every inbox first
  • A real person reads every reply

Step by step

How it works

  1. 01

We build your list of real buyers

We start with companies and people who actually match what you sell. Every email address gets verified before we ever write to them.

  2. 02

We write to each person, one by one

Every email opens with something true about that one company. When there's nothing real to say, we skip it.

  3. 03

We warm up every inbox first

New mailboxes spend weeks warming up before they send anything to a prospect, and we only raise the volume while bounces and complaints stay low.

  4. 04

A real person reads every reply

When someone replies with interest, we flag it and get the meeting on your calendar. Nothing here runs on autopilot, and when a lead asks us to stop writing, that's the last email they ever get from us.

Your options

A full outsourced sales team compared with outsourcing the start

A full team makes sense when you want selling off your plate altogether. We only take the first stretch.

Example

A first email for a team short on selling time

Subject: the sales lead role at Marrowfield

Hi Jonas, saw Marrowfield Advisory has had a sales lead role open since the summer, and your name is still the contact on the services page.

Founders often close well and run out of hours for finding the next buyer. We take on that first part and book the right people with you, and the sales conversation stays yours.

Worth a short call before you fill the role?

A fictional example: we made up this company and this founder to show the format. A real email starts from something true about the company it goes to.

Fit

Outsourcing only the start fits if

  • You or your team close well, and the gap is getting enough first calls.
  • Your buyers want to meet the people they will work with.
  • You want to keep control of pricing and of what gets promised.
  • You want sales help without a commission on every deal.

Look for a full sales partner if

  • You want someone else to close your deals.
  • Nobody on your side has time to run sales calls.
  • You want help with quotes, pipeline reviews or account management.
  • Your sale needs a rep visiting customers in person.

Guarantee

12 qualified meetings in 60 days, or we work for free

If you don't have at least 12 meetings with qualified prospects on your calendar in the first 60 days of sending, we keep working without charging you until you do.

Days count from the first full-volume send, after the mailboxes warm up. A qualified meeting is a call with a decision-maker at a company that matches the ideal client we agree on, who shows up. Full terms go in writing in the proposal.

Questions

Questions about outsourced sales

Book a 30-minute call
Will you close deals for us?

No. Our work ends when the meeting is on your calendar. If closing is the part you want to hand over, you need a full outsourced sales team, and we would rather say that here than on a call.

Do you take commission on sales?

No. A share of the sale suits partners who close, and we do not close. Our published price is a setup fee and a monthly fee.

Can this stand in for an outsourced sales team in a new market?

For the first stage, yes. We can start reaching buyers in a new region while your team stays on current accounts. Someone on your side still has to take those calls.

When does a full outsourced sales company make more sense?

When nobody on your side can sell, and the sale is simple enough for an outside rep to learn quickly. If deals depend on what your founder or specialists know, keeping the close usually works better.

Thinking of handing over your sales?

Spend 30 minutes with us and we will work out which part to hand over. If the answer is the closing, we are not the right fit.
