Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy

Learn which technologies the website uses, when they activate and how to change your choice.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small files that a site or service may store in your browser. Other technologies can measure website use through network requests or temporary identifiers without storing a cookie.
This page explains the measurement technologies and external services used on Ace Digital, along with the controls available to you.

2. Your analytics choice

Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics activate only if you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the content, contact form or booking calendar.
Your choice, its date and the notice version are stored in your browser's local storage for six months. If the browser prevents that storage, you may need to choose again on a later visit.
You can change your decision through the cookie preferences link in the footer. When you withdraw analytics permission, the page reloads and removes the Google Analytics cookies that this site can access.
Ace Digital does not use advertising or marketing tags on this website.

3. Google Analytics 4

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and site use under measurement ID G-00ZNFW3VF7. Page addresses sent for analytics exclude query parameters and URL fragments.
After the contact form is successfully delivered, the site records a contact_form_success event. The event does not include your name, email address, company or message content.
On the booking page, the site also records booking_page_view and booking_completed, with the offer you came from.
Read how Google uses information in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Vercel Web Analytics

With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated statistics about page visits and site operation. Vercel says that its service does not use third-party cookies.
Vercel describes a session identifier derived from the request and discarded after 24 hours. That period applies to the session identifier and does not mean that all aggregated data is deleted within 24 hours.
After a successful form submission, Vercel Web Analytics also records the contact_form_success event without the form fields.

5. Cal.com booking calendar

The booking page contains a Cal.com calendar. When you open it, your browser connects to Cal.com, and that provider may use cookies needed for functions such as security, preferences and booking management.
You enter booking details directly into the calendar. Read the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

6. Contact form and EmailJS

When you submit the form, EmailJS sends the fields shown to the configured email address. This operation is needed to deliver the message and is not used to store your language preference.
The processing of this information is explained in the Privacy Policy and the EmailJS Privacy Policy.

7. Language preference and browser controls

The site language follows the page address and is not stored in a cookie.
ace_lang_pref (local storage, functional): stores the language you choose or that you dismissed the language notice. It is not used for measurement.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking third-party content may prevent the Cal.com calendar from working correctly.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the site's technologies or provider services change. The review date appears at the end of the page.
For questions, email info@acedigitalia.com. You can also read the AEPD Guide on the Use of Cookies.
