Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you use the website, how it is used, which services are involved and how to exercise your rights.

1. Privacy contact

Ace Digital manages the information you submit through this website. For any privacy question or request, email info@acedigitalia.com.

2. Information the site processes

  • Contact form: first name, last name, company, email address and the optional message you write.
  • Meeting booking: the Cal.com calendar may request your name, email, selected time, time zone, answers to booking questions and other fields visible in the event. It also receives UTM parameters used to identify which link led to the booking.
  • Site use: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics receive information about pages visited, referrer, timestamp, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type. Page addresses sent for analytics exclude query parameters and URL fragments.
  • Technical data: services that deliver and protect the website receive technical information needed to respond to a request, such as the IP address and browser data.

3. How it is used

Submitting a form or booking a meeting does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
  • To answer an enquiry submitted through the form.
  • To arrange the meeting you request.
  • To prepare and provide a service when a commercial relationship is agreed.
  • To measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site operates.
  • To protect forms, accounts and services against errors, abuse or unauthorised access.
  • To meet legal obligations and valid requests from authorities where applicable.

4. Third-party services

Each provider applies its own terms and privacy policy when delivering its service.
  • EmailJS: sends the form content to the configured email service. Read the EmailJS Privacy Policy.
  • Cal.com: displays the calendar, manages the booking and may exchange required details with calendars or other integrations configured for the meeting. Read the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics 4: provides browsing statistics when you accept analytics. After a successful form submission, it receives a success event without your name, email address, company or message. Read the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: provides aggregated browsing statistics when you accept analytics and receives the same successful-submission event without the form fields. Read Vercel's privacy documentation.

5. Retention

Ace Digital keeps information for as long as needed to respond, manage the requested relationship and meet applicable obligations. The providers above also apply the periods described in their own policies.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
To exercise a right, email info@acedigitalia.com and explain your request. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.

7. Cookies and external content

Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics activate only if you accept analytics. You can change that choice through the footer. Analytics, the embedded calendar and related technologies are explained in the Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy.
